No-foolin’ Run Intervals: April 1 Friday Workout

Happy April Fool’s Day to all you fitness followers! Today’s workouts add a few run intervals into the mix. No joke! They’re boot camp style, allowing you to get outside and enjoy the weather.

Both workouts include four rounds of work and include run intervals with bodyweight exercises in between. Be sure to enable GPS on your band when you start the workout so your band can track your run/walk intervals and give you a friendly notification when you have completed your distances.

It won’t be difficult to get your heart rate elevated during your run intervals and keep it elevated during your bodyweight exercises. You’ll recover with a nice cool-down walk. I hope you enjoy this one. It should be short, sweet, and sweaty! 1,2,3… Go!

Friday 500 – Your run intervals are 100-meters each, for a total of 500 meters by the end of the workout.

Friday 300 – Your run intervals are 100-meters each, for a total of 300 meters by the end of the workout.

Good luck! Post your results in the comments, and let us know how it went! You can also tag us on Twitter and Instagram @MicrosoftBand, or on Facebook.
