Ab-dominance: March 4 Friday workout

Alright you Friday Fitness Followers, this is a super simple, no-equipment-necessary abdominal humbler.

Prepare to establish a deep burn early in this workout but don’t let it stop you from completing all the work. Do your best to stick to the prescribed reps and rounds, while taking advantage of the built-in 15-second rest periods between each exercise. Focus on performing each rep to the best of your ability and select the workout below that you think will push your limits.

Friday 300 – An ab circuit of five rounds.

Friday 500 – An ab circuit of only four rounds, but many more reps.
