Legs on fire: February 26 Friday workout

Woohoo! It’s Friday and time to crush another workout. Today’s Friday Guided Workouts will light your legs on fire. During your workout, your legs will be challenged. When this happens, try shortening your range of motion so that you can keep up your tempo. If the work becomes too intense, you can always rest as you need to. Enjoy!

Try getting through all the repetitions as fast as you can, but rest for up to five minutes between each circuit.

Friday 300 – A leg-crushing series for three rounds that will challenge any mortal.

Friday 500 – If you are feeling like more than a mere mortal, try an extra two rounds.
