Cardio Sandwich: April 8 Friday Workout

Hello Friday workout specialists!

The two offerings this week are actually a Friday 200 and a 100, both sandwiched between short runs. This will allow you to start with a run to get in some cardio, hammer out 200 or 100 reps for strength, and then another short run to finish off with cardio.

If you can, get outside for these workouts, so your band can track your distance. Make sure to enable GPS when you tap into your Guided Workout Tile. Try finding a bench or seat where you can do your push-ups and V-ups.

Friday 200 –  More reps, and longer runs. The runs in this workout are both one mile.

Friday 100 –  You guessed it – fewer reps, and shorter runs. The runs in this workout are both a half mile.
